Thanks so much for your interest in my artwork! These Terms and Conditions outline how I run my small art business, and what you agree to when purchasing from me. This helps us stay on the same page – so please read through them before placing your order.

Overview

By purchasing a product or commission from me (through my website, social media, or email) – you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which are in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These terms apply to all orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Products and Services

I create and sell:

  • Original artworks
  • Prints and reproductions
  • Custom art commissions
  • Digital art posters

I do my best to describe each product accurately and show true-to-life photos. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen/device.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before shipping or delivering a finished product.
  • For commissions, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin work, with the remaning balance due upon completion.
  • I accept payment via bank transfer, credit card and Afterpay.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 10 business days (commissioned work may take longer).
  • During sale events or holiday season/public holidays, delivery time may be slightly longer.
  • I ship via Australia Post or another reliable courier/s.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, I am not responsible for delivery delays or damages caused by Australia Post or third-party services.
  • International buyers are responsible for customs fees or import taxes.

Returns & Refunds

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the ACL.
  • Please notify me within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • I cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs during delivery as this is outside of my control.
  • I do not accept returns for change of mind, especially on custom or digital pieces.

Copyright & Usage Rights

  • I retain full Copyright and Intellectual Property rights to all original artworks and designs, even after purchase.
  • You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute the artwork (digitally or physically) without written permission.
  • Custom artwork is for personal use only, unless a commercial license has been agreed upon and paid for.

Commissions & Cancellations

  • Commissioned work is created based on mutual agreement.
  • If you cancel before work begins, I’ll refund any payment (except the non-refundable deposit).
  • If I’m unable to complete the project, I’ll refund all amounts paid.
  • Minor changes and feedback are welcome, but significant revisions may incur additional fees.

Limitation of Liability

I’m a small, independent creator and do my best to ensure a smooth experience. However, I’m not liable for:

  • Delays caused by postal services or customs.
  • Incorrect shipping info provided by you.
  • Third-party service errors (e.g payment platforms or printers).

Privacy

Your privacy matters to me. I’ll only use your information to process your order or contact you as needed.
