Shipping Policy (Australia-Based)

Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, how your order is packaged, and what to expect along the way.

Processing Time

  • All artworks are prepared with care before shipping.
  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Custom or commissioned pieces may take longer – I’ll keep you updated on the timeline.

Shipping Details

  • Domestic Shipping: I ship within Australia using trusted services like Australia Post or other reliable courier services depending on your location.
  • Estimated delivery times (within Australia): 2-10 business days.
  • International shipping: Available on request. Delivery times vary by location and can take 7-21+ business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for commissions.
  • International customers: You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your local government. These are not included in the shipping price.

Packaging

All artwork is packaged securely to ensure it arrives safely:

  • Prints: Shipped flat in rigid mailers (for small sizes) or rolled in protective tubes (for larger sizes).
  • Originals: Carefully wrapped, padded, and boxed.

If you have specific packaging requests, let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
  • If your parcel is delayed, feel free to reach out and I’ll help follow up with the courier.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or gets lost in transit:

  • Contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos (if applicable).
  • Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item is damaged, faulty, or doesn’t match its description.
  • I will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Change of Mind

As each piece is made and packed with care (and sometimes made to order), I don’t typically accept returns for change of mind. However, if you’re very unhappy, please reach out – I want you to be satisfied with your experience and will do my best to help.
