Commission Agreement

Thanks so much for choosing me to create your custom artwork! Here’s a simple breakdown of our agreement so we’re on the same page:

Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of $20.00 to begin, due once we’ve agreed on the details.
  • Commission fees for each piece are based on size, complexity, and the time it takes to complete.
  • The Commission fee is due once the piece is complete.

Payments can be made via cash or bank transfer.

Rights & Usage

Artist’s Rights: I’ll retain copyright to the artwork and may share it on my portfolio, website, or social media.

Client’s rights: You’ll have full personal use of the piece (print it, hang it, share it, etc.). If you want to use it commercially, we can discuss additional fees.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • If you cancel after I’ve started, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel before I start, I’ll refund the deposit.
  • If I can’t complete the commission for any reason, I’ll refund any amount paid minus the deposit.

Delivery

The final artwork will be delivered via email, file-sharing link, or shipping. Shipping costs (if appliable) are covered by you.
